The company Travel Work with its registered office at VIA AUGUSTA 122, 2nd Floor, 1st Apartment 08006, BARCELONA,and with CIF B62445655 has organised this campaign titled DRAW FOR A PLACE IN CHINA OR MAURITIUS
Start and end dates of the competition and geographical scope
The competition will start on 11th June at 12:00 pm and will end on 10th July. Participation and/or voting will only be possible during this period.
The campaign is aimed at users with Spanish nationality
Travel Work reserves the right to postpone or extend the draw period in case of force majeure, as well as the right to interpret these legal terms and conditions.
Rules and conditions for participation
Only individuals aged 18 and over, residing in Spain, are eligible to enter the prize draw.
To Mauritius:
- You must be between 20 and 30 years old.
- If you have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree and wish to undertake this programme, it is possible to do so by completing an online course in areas of your interest, which also offers an internship agreement. Request more information from Travel Work.
- You must have a B2 level of English or higher.
- Knowledge of French will be a positive asset (though not essential), as will experience abroad, such as through a school year abroad, Erasmus, or having completed a degree in another country. Some professional experience or work experience in Spain will also be beneficial.
- Profile: Desire to learn, motivating attitude, flexibility, resilience, maturity, etc.
To China:
- From 18 to 29 years old.
- With an English level of B2 or higher.
- Minimum height of 1.60m for females and 1.70m for males.
- Knowledge of other languages, a smart appearance, time spent abroad, some professional experience, or internships in Spain related to customer service, hotels, or tourism in general will be highly valued.
- Profile: Willingness to learn, motivating attitude, flexibility, resilience, maturity, etc.
- You don't need to be a student to enrol in this programme, as depending on the city, the candidate will be linked to a Chinese university and will go as a student.
IMPORTANT: non-visible tattoos
To participate, you must follow our Instagram account (travel-work), like the post, tag a friend, and share the post to your story, mentioning @travel_work. (The conditions will be in the Instagram giveaway caption itself).
Travel Work reserves the right to make changes to the campaign during its development, if any cause arises that prevents its successful completion or in order to improve its progress.
Winner selection and draw modality
The draw will take place on July 10th using Sorteigram. The person who meets all the requirements will be selected. If they have not met them, it will move to the next person, and so on, until a winner who meets all the draw's requirements is found.
The winner will be officially announced on our Instagram and Facebook stories, and once announced, we will send you a private message on how to proceed to claim your prize.
If there is no response within 5 days, the prize will be passed to the reserve, who will also have 5 days to respond. Once the prize has been offered to the reserve, the previous winner will lose the right to claim the prize.
Travel Work shall be exempt from any liability in the event that there are any errors in the data provided by the winners/substitutes which prevent their identification.
Value and nature of the prize offered
A place on the internship programme in China or Mauritius will be raffled. .
Travel Work is not responsible for any potential losses, damages, thefts, or any other circumstances attributable to courier services that may affect the delivery of prizes.
Protection of personal data
The data supplied by participants will be treated confidentially and collected in an automated personal data file, with Travel Work being the owner and controller of said file, with the objective of

· To inform them that they have won the competition
· Send business information from Travel Work
Travel Work guarantees full compliance with Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data in the processing of personal data collected in the draw for A PLACE IN CHINA OR MAURITIUS, particularly with regard to the exercise of contestants' rights of information, access, rectification, opposition and cancellation of personal data.
Penalties for fraudulent use
We will consider the use of independent platforms or applications to obtain votes or more entries into the draw as fraud, as well as behaviour that we detect as apparently abusive and/or malicious.
The confirmation of any of these practices will result in disqualification from the draw / invalidation of votes or entries that we consider have arrived through unauthorised channels in the campaign.
Travel Work reserves the right to take legal action against any person who carries out any act that could be considered manipulation or falsification of the competition.
Travel Work shall be exempt from any liability for damages that may arise from the temporary unavailability or discontinuation of the application through which participation in the promotion takes place, from the defraudation of the usefulness that users may have attributed to it, and from access to the various pages and the submission of participation responses via the Internet.
This prize draw is not linked to any platform or social network.
Instagram does not sponsor, endorse or administer this promotion in any way, nor is it associated with it. The participant is providing their information and data to Travel Work and not to Instagram.
Acceptance of the Legal Terms and Conditions
Participation in the prize draw implies acceptance of these legal terms and conditions. Any refusal to accept all or part of the legal terms and conditions will result in the participant's exclusion and, consequently, Travel Work will be released from the fulfilment of the obligation undertaken with this participant.
