Everything is going well with Mauricio, I'm really very happy with the internships. I have a lot of work to do with my English...
In the company, I'm involved with all the contract matters, updating all the promotions, changes in conditions... also handling all the uniform matters, organisation of company events... and for new projects, I have to create an employee satisfaction survey to analyse the current «turnover», also create a new interview methodology and some other small projects.
