You need to show that you are a confident person who knows yourself, which is why it is important to know your strengths (at least three). Justify that you deserve the job more than another candidate and show conviction when answering the questions.

We recommend that you prepare a list at home with the aspects that make you stand out and then
develop them throughout the interview. For example, try answering these questions:

Do I have a good academic background?
Do I have any specialty?
Do I have work/professional experience?
Am I consistent at work?
Do I learn easily?
Do I work well in a team?
Do I know how to handle difficult/stressful situations?
Am I flexible with schedules/tasks?

These questions are an example of how you can think about your strengths. Focus on the answers that stand out the most or those that you think would be of most interest to your future employer.
It's about differentiating yourself and proving that you deserve the job.
