Start and end dates of the competition and geographical scope
La fecha de inicio del concurso será el 8 de Julio a las 12:00h a y finalizará el día 23 de Septiembre a las 12:00h. Se podrá participar y/o votar sólo en ese período de tiempo.
La campaña está dirigida a los usuarios que han viajado con Travel Work de nacionalidad Española.
Travel Work se reserva el derecho a aplazar o ampliar el período del concurso en caso de fuerza mayor, así como la facultad de interpretar los presentes términos y condiciones legales.
Rules and conditions for participation
Podrán participar en el concurso aquellas personas físicas mayores de 18 años con residencia en toda España.
No podrán participar aquellos que no hayan viajado con Travel Work
Para participar deberán:

- Enviar una fotografía en el país que estáis o habeis estado escribir una palabra que defina vuestra experiencia. Si no queréis aparecer en la fotografía también es valido.
- Mencionarnos el hashtag #25aniversario
SI TENEIS EL INSTAGRAM PRIVADO, DEBEIS ENVIARNOS LA CAPTURA DE LA MENCIÓN POR MENSAJE PRIVADO
Travel Work se reserva el derecho a efectuar cambios en la campaña durante su desarrollo, si se produjera alguna causa que impida llevarla a buen término o con el fin de mejorar su avance.
Winner selection and draw modality
El sorteo se realizara el día 28 de Septiembre a las 12:00h
Serán dos personas de Travel Work las encargadas de escoger las dos mejores fotos. Una vez escogidas se realizara una encuesta vía Instagram y la más votada será la ganador/a
The winner will be officially announced on our Instagram and Facebook stories, and once announced, we will send you a private message on how to proceed to claim your prize.
If there is no response within 5 days, the prize will be passed to the reserve, who will also have 5 days to respond. Once the prize has been offered to the reserve, the previous winner will lose the right to claim the prize.
Travel Work shall be exempt from any liability in the event that there are any errors in the data provided by the winners/substitutes which prevent their identification.

Penalties for fraudulent use
We will consider the use of independent platforms or applications to obtain votes or more entries into the draw as fraud, as well as behaviour that we detect as apparently abusive and/or malicious.
La constatación de cualquiera de estas prácticas supondrá la descalificación del sorteo / la anulación de los votos o participaciones que consideremos que han llegado a través de vías no permitidas en la campaña.
Travel Work reserves the right to take legal action against any person who carries out any act that could be considered manipulation or falsification of the competition.
Travel Work shall be exempt from any liability for damages that may arise from the temporary unavailability or discontinuation of the application through which participation in the promotion takes place, from the defraudation of the usefulness that users may have attributed to it, and from access to the various pages and the submission of participation responses via the Internet.
This prize draw is not linked to any platform or social network.

Acceptance of the Legal Terms and Conditions
Participation in the prize draw implies acceptance of these legal terms and conditions. Any refusal to accept all or part of the legal terms and conditions will result in the participant's exclusion and, consequently, Travel Work will be released from the fulfilment of the obligation undertaken with this participant.
