La fecha de inicio del concurso ser\u00e1 el 13 de Marzo a las 12:00h y finalizar\u00e1 el d\u00eda 24 de Abril. Se podr\u00e1 participar y\/o votar s\u00f3lo en ese per\u00edodo de tiempo. <\/p>\n

The campaign is aimed at users with Spanish nationality <\/p>\n

Travel Work se reserva el derecho a aplazar o ampliar el per\u00edodo del concurso en caso de fuerza mayor, as\u00ed como la facultad de interpretar los presentes t\u00e9rminos y condiciones legales.<\/p>\n

Rules and conditions for participation<\/b><\/p>\n

Podr\u00e1n participar en el concurso aquellas personas f\u00edsicas mayores de 18 a\u00f1os con residencia en toda Espa\u00f1a <\/p>\n

Para participar deber\u00e1n seguir a nuestra cuenta de Instagram (travel-work), mencionar a la persona con la que se quieren ir y poner el post en su historia mencionando a @travel_work. ( Las condiciones estar\u00e1n en el propio pie de letra del sorteo en Instagram) <\/p>\n

Travel Work se reserva el derecho a efectuar cambios en la campa\u00f1a durante su desarrollo, si se produjera alguna causa que impida llevarla a buen t\u00e9rmino o con el fin de mejorar su avance.

Winner selection and draw modality<\/b><\/p>\n

El sorteo se realizar\u00e1 el d\u00eda 24 de Abril a trav\u00e9s de la plataforma de Sorteigram que certificar\u00e1 que la selecci\u00f3n ha sido aleatoria. Se seleccionaran \u00fanicamente aquellos que hayan participado hasta el d\u00eda 24. <\/p>\n

Se realizar\u00e1 un sorteo entre todos los participantes donde se elegir\u00e1 un \u00fanico ganador. El ganador ser\u00e1 anunciado oficialmente en nuestro Instagram, en la historia y una vez anunciado le enviaremos un mensaje privado sobre c\u00f3mo proceder para el disfrute del mismo. <\/span><\/div>\n

Si en el plazo de 3 d\u00edas no ha respondido, el premio pasar\u00e1 al suplente, quien tambi\u00e9n tendr\u00e1 3 d\u00edas para responder. Una vez se ofrezca el premio al suplente, el anterior ganador perder\u00e1 el derecho a reclamar el premio. <\/p>\n

    Penalties for fraudulent use<\/b><\/p>\n

    Entenderemos como fraude el uso de plataformas o aplicaciones independientes para conseguir votos o m\u00e1s participaciones en el concurso, al igual que comportamientos que detectemos como aparentemente abusivos y\/o malintencionados. <\/p>\n

    La constataci\u00f3n de cualquiera de estas pr\u00e1cticas supondr\u00e1 la descalificaci\u00f3n del concurso \/ la anulaci\u00f3n de los votos o participaciones que consideremos que han llegado a trav\u00e9s de v\u00edas no permitidas en la campa\u00f1a. <\/p>\n
