Documentation to presenting / inscription:

For the inscription it is necessary to deliver a special documentation for every program but in general it consists on the following documents:

1. A curriculum vitae in the language of the country that the candidate wants to travel

2. A letter of motivation in the same language (explaining the motives of the trip, the period that is wanted to go, what the candidate can contribute to the company)

3. 4 photos
4. Photocopy of the passport or national document of identity

5. A letter of reference (of some work, practice, teacher)

6. A medical certificate (crediting that the candidate has a good physical and mental health)

7. 1er payment of the expenses of processing which vary according to the program chosen as commitment that the candidate wants to enrol.

More informaction/expenses of processing of Travel Work:

The expenses of processing that are paid to Travel Work are for the management realized in Spain and it includes:

1. Correction of the presented documentation

2. Level test of the language (oral and / or written)

3. General information to the candidate by means of the delivery and explanation of a manual elaborated by Travel Work on: social security, opening of bank accounts, procedure in the work and more information of interest.

4. Search of accomodation or help in the search of accomodation (according to the selected program)

5. Person in contact during the stay

6. Processing of an cancellation assurance (optional)

7. Processing of a travel inssurance (optional)

8. Advice in the claim of taxes once the candidate has finished the stay in the country of destination.

9. Delivery of maps of location of the job placement, work experience and the accomodation.

10. Detailed information of how to arrive to the accomodation, work the 1st day.

11. Information of schools of language to combine if it is possible with work, practices (according to program)

12. Travel work besides will do a follow-up from Spain of the evolution of the experience of the candidate, for what Travel Work will contact him during the whole stay.

The expenses of processing paid to Travel Work are not for the search of the professional experience.The search and the intermediation of the profesional experience is free.
